The terms that govern use of the TELLO website and services.
By accessing the TELLO website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below. These terms apply to website visitors and to clients receiving proposals or deliverables.
Services
TELLO provides AI automation, custom software, website development, and lead generation services. The scope, timeline, and pricing of each engagement are defined in a separate project proposal agreed before work begins.
Project proposals
Each engagement is governed by a written proposal describing scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. A proposal is binding only once signed by both parties.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to systems, information, and contacts needed to deliver the agreed scope, and to respond to review and approval requests within reasonable timeframes.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client, excluding third-party tools, open-source components, and TELLO’s pre-existing frameworks, which remain licensed for use.
Limitation of liability
TELLO’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
